Return Policy

Refunds

Tavo wants you to love what you purchase but realizes that sometimes things just don't work out. Returns are offered on your purchase (minus the cost of shipping) as long as the jewelry is unused, and in its original condition within 10 days of receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused.

To start a return, please contact us through our contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your return is approved or not. If your return is approved, you will automatically receive a refund through your original payment method.

We will issue your refund promptly once your return is approved, but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Such delays are not under our control.

Exchanges

If you would like to return an item that you have purchased in exchange for a different item, we recommend that you simply return the first item and then, after that return has been accepted, purchase the new item in a second transaction. This is the best and fastest way to accomplish an exchange. 

 Custom Pieces.

We work hard to communicate throughout the custom process so you know exactly what you’ll be getting,  please note that exchanges or returns are not offered on these pieces. 

Tavo Art Studio reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, or exchanges.
